Raziel Learn

# Editorial policy

How we research, write, review, and correct the guides on raziel.co.

## Who writes our content

Guides on Raziel Learn are written by the Raziel team, led by [Jordan Rothstein](https://raziel.co/learn/author/jordan-rothstein) (CEO) and [David Rothstein](https://raziel.co/learn/author/david-rothstein) (COO). Each article names its author, and each author has a page listing their work.

## What we write about

We cover the practical side of private investing: tracking startup, SPV, and fund positions, calculating returns such as MOIC, IRR, and TVPI, investor reporting, and running a fundraise. We write for angels, LPs, family offices, fund managers, and founders.

## How we research and review

We base articles on primary sources where possible, such as standard deal documents, regulator guidance, and published definitions of financial terms. Calculations and worked examples are checked before publishing. Every article shows its publish date, and articles we revise show an updated date.

When an article mentions Raziel features, we describe only what the product does today. Features that are not live yet are labelled as coming soon.

## Use of AI tools

We may use AI tools to help with research, outlines, and editing. A member of the Raziel team reviews every article for accuracy and clarity before it is published, and the named author is responsible for its content.

## Not investment advice

Raziel is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. Our content is educational and for informational purposes only. It is not investment, tax, or legal advice, and it does not recommend any security or strategy. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.

## Independence

We do not accept payment for coverage. When we compare Raziel with other products, we say so clearly, and we aim to describe other products fairly and accurately as of the date of writing.

## Corrections

If you spot an error, please tell us through our [contact page](https://raziel.co/contact). We review every report, correct confirmed errors promptly, and update the article date when the change is material.
