### How do I get help with my account?

Send us a message from the contact page or email the team, and include the email address on your Raziel account. A person on our team will get back to you.

### Where do I log in?

Log in at app.raziel.co/sign-in on the web, or open the Raziel app on iOS or Android with the same account.

### Can you help me move my portfolio into Raziel?

Yes. Forward statements and documents to Raziel and AI document import extracts the positions, or import contacts from a CSV. If you have a large portfolio or a spreadsheet to bring over, contact us and we will help you plan it.

### How do I report a security issue?

Contact our team from the contact page and mark it as a security report. Our security contact is also published at raziel.co/.well-known/security.txt.

### Is Raziel financial or tax advice?

No. Raziel and its calculators are tools for tracking and modeling your investments. Results are for education only and are not tax, legal or investment advice.
