Frequently asked questions
Common questions about Workspaces & Permissions in Raziel.
What roles can I give people?
You can share a portfolio as an editor, who can make changes, or as a viewer, who can see everything but change nothing. The person who created the portfolio is its owner.
Can I have more than one portfolio?
Yes. Create separate portfolios for different people or purposes and switch between them from the top of the app.
Can I use Raziel as a founder and an investor?
Yes. Founder workspaces for the companies you run sit next to your investor portfolios under the same login.
How is my data protected?
Every user signs in with mandatory multi-factor authentication, every record is isolated to its account, and role-based permissions control who sees what in each workspace. Your data is never used to train models. See the security page for details.
