Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Leads the company: strategy, product direction, fundraising and the team.
Reports to: Board of Directors
Responsibilities
- Set company strategy, goals and priorities
- Own product vision and direction
- Lead fundraising and investor relations
- Lead recruiting and hiring
- Oversee the team, its performance and company culture
- Executive sponsor of the security and compliance program; approves company policies

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Runs company operations: customers, people, finance and compliance.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities
- Client success and customer onboarding
- Human resources: hiring paperwork, onboarding and offboarding, background checks and policy acknowledgements
- Payroll and benefits administration
- Compliance: owns the SOC 2 program, vendor reviews and policy maintenance
- Finance and accounting: budgeting, bookkeeping, billing and reporting

VP of Engineering
Leads engineering and owns the platform, infrastructure and its security.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities
- Lead engineer: architecture, code quality and technical direction of the platform
- Own cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud, defined in Terraform, including uptime and backups
- Manage production access, change management and code review
- Own application and infrastructure security, monitoring and incident response
- Manage engineering staff and contractors and plan the engineering roadmap

Mobile Engineer (Contractor)
Builds and maintains the Raziel iOS and Android apps.
Reports to: VP of Engineering
Responsibilities
- Build features for the Raziel iOS and Android apps
- Ship releases to the App Store and Google Play
- Follow secure development practices, code review and Raziel security policies
- Work with the VP of Engineering on mobile architecture and API integration
