What actually sets them apart
-
How data gets in
Seraf lets you forward documents into a locker and then file them, and offers people to do data entry for an hourly fee. Raziel’s AI document import reads SAFEs, convertible notes and fund statements and extracts amounts, terms and dates for you. AI is optional.
-
Keeping marks current
Seraf includes equity valuation modeling on its Professional plan. In Raziel you record a new round once and every position in that company is re-marked, with MOIC, IRR, TVPI and DPI recalculated from your cash flows.
-
Founder tools
Raziel includes a fundraising pipeline, investor updates and a cap table for founders, free through your first 100 contacts. Seraf does not list founder tools; its focus is the investor’s side.
-
Mobile
Raziel has native iOS and Android apps. Seraf describes a web platform that works from any device and does not list native apps.
-
Pricing
Seraf’s individual plans are $600 or $800 per year. Raziel’s Investor plan is $49/month through 30 companies after a 14-day trial, and $199/month for more than 30 companies.
