Key differences

What actually sets them apart

  1. LP and real estate investors versus startup investors

Vyzer centers on LP funds, real estate syndications and cash flow planning. Raziel centers on direct startup positions, SPVs and funds, with a new round re-marking every position in that company.

  2. Asset coverage today

Vyzer covers brokerage, crypto and real estate alongside private holdings. In Raziel, public equities, real estate and crypto are coming soon.

  3. Founder tools

Raziel adds a fundraising pipeline, investor updates with open tracking and a cap table for founders, under the same login as investor portfolios. Vyzer is an investor-side product.

  4. Returns

Raziel calculates MOIC, IRR, TVPI and DPI from the cash flows you record. Vyzer compares projected and actual performance; we could not confirm how it calculates IRR.

Switching

Most of the setup is importing what you already have. The Investor plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

  1. Export your holdings from Vyzer, or use the spreadsheet you started with, and import it into Raziel.
  2. Forward recent fund statements and capital call notices so Raziel records commitments, calls and distributions.
  3. Record the latest round for each startup so positions are re-marked and returns update.
  4. Share the portfolio with your advisor or family as an editor or a viewer.
