Key differences
What actually sets them apart
-
Listed portfolios versus private portfolios
getquin is built around brokerage holdings, ETFs, dividends and net worth. Raziel is built around private positions: SAFEs, priced rounds, SPVs, fund commitments and the entities that hold them. Public equities and crypto are coming soon to Raziel.
-
How startup holdings are valued
getquin’s help center says alternative assets such as start-ups are priced manually, with no automatic database. In Raziel you record a round once and every position in that company is re-marked, with MOIC and IRR recalculated.
-
Fund cash flows
Raziel tracks commitments, capital called, NAV and distributions, and reports TVPI and DPI. getquin does not describe capital calls or fund commitments.
-
Founder tools
Raziel includes a fundraising pipeline, investor updates and a cap table, free through your first 100 contacts. getquin does not list founder tools.
