Raziel is a portfolio dashboard for alternative assets. Startups and public markets sit in one live view, with MOIC, IRR, and valuations on every private position. Real estate and crypto tracking are coming soon. This page covers what it tracks, how each asset class works inside it, and how to get your first positions in.
The problem Raziel is built around
Most investors with private positions run their book across a spreadsheet, a folder of signed PDFs, a few exchange logins, and a property file that only gets opened when something breaks. Each piece works on its own. Together, they cannot answer the basic questions quickly: what is the portfolio worth today, what did each check return, and what changed since last quarter.
Alternative assets make this harder than a brokerage account. There is no single statement. A startup mark moves when the company raises, not when a market opens. A property carries debt and improvements that change your real return. Crypto sits in wallets and exchanges that never talk to each other.
What Raziel tracks
Startups and private companies
Raziel reads your SAFEs, notes, and purchase agreements and pulls out the amount, cap, and discount, so a signed PDF becomes a tracked position. Every position carries a current mark, cost basis, and multiple, updated as new rounds come in. When a company raises, Raziel re-marks your position at the new price and shows the before and after. Ownership, dilution, and the option pool sit next to the position, and acquisitions, secondaries, and distributions land against the original investment.
Real estate (coming soon)
Real estate tracking is coming soon to Raziel.
Public markets (crypto coming soon)
Brokerages connect directly, so balances and prices update on their own. Holdings are marked at live prices through the day, and cost basis travels with every lot. Public equities sit in the same portfolio as your private positions, and crypto tracking is coming soon.
SPVs and funds
Set up an SPV or fund and add the companies it holds. Every contribution, fee, and distribution is recorded against the vehicle, and commitments and calls are tracked per LP. Raziel calculates IRR, TVPI, and MOIC from the cash flows already recorded, and you can share a vehicle with LPs, co-investors, and your accountant at the permission level you choose.
Who it is for
Angels and syndicate leads who want every check, mark, and follow-on question answered from one record.
SPV and fund operators who want contributions, calls, and distributions recorded against the vehicle instead of reconciled by hand.
Real estate investors who want properties next to everything else, once real estate tracking arrives (coming soon).
Founders who need the cap table, investor updates, and KPIs in one current hub.
How to start
Create a free account.
Upload the signed documents for your startup positions and let Raziel pull the terms.
Connect your brokerage accounts.
Open the dashboard and check MOIC, IRR, and valuations across the whole book.
Start with the positions you look at most. A portfolio that is mostly right this week beats a perfect spreadsheet you rebuild every quarter. If you want a sanity check on a single position first, run it through the IRR calculator, and see how to track alternative investments for the wider method.
