Which AngelList alternative do you need?
It depends on which side of AngelList you sit on. If you lead syndicates or run a fund and need someone to form and administer SPVs, compare Sydecar, Allocations and Carta. If you are an LP or angel who wants to track holdings across AngelList and everywhere else you invest, compare Raziel and Seraf. Raziel does not form SPVs, raise money or act as a fund administrator, so for deal leads it works next to whichever platform runs the vehicle, not instead of it.
Pricing and plan details below come from each vendor's public pages as of October 28, 2026. Check them again before you commit, since plans change.

What AngelList does
AngelList administers venture funds, SPVs and syndicates, and gives the LPs in those vehicles a portfolio dashboard. Per AngelList's IRR help article, it reports multiple (TVPI) and IRR net of fees and carry, with valuations included after a 90-day delay. Its help center says K-1s come at no extra cost to LPs. On the GP side, AngelList's venture fund pricing lists Institutional at 0.1% of fund size plus $10,000/year with a one-time implementation fee, and Full Service at 0.15% plus $20,000/year including fund taxes and K-1 prep. SPV and rolling fund pricing goes through sales.
For syndicate leads and fund managers
Sydecar: published SPV pricing, no carry
Sydecar handles formation, dedicated bank accounts, KYC/AML, Form D and Blue Sky filings, distributions and K-1s, per its overview. Sydecar's SPV pricing is 2% of capital raised, with a $2,500 minimum and $12,500 maximum, plus a $2,000 regulatory fee, and Sydecar takes no carry. Non-US investments, additional closes and US pass-through entities are $3,000 each, and the first distribution is $1,000. Fund pricing runs 0.1% to 0.3% of AUM per year with minimums from $10,000 to $32,000. Its FAQ says it does not support real estate or crypto deals.
Allocations: flat fees for SPVs and funds
Allocations covers entity, bank account and EIN setup, KYC, Reg D filings, K-1s and accounting, per its fund administration page. Allocations SPV pricing lists a Standard SPV at $9,950 for up to 35 investors, a Premium SPV at $19,500 for up to 50, and a fund at $19,500/year. Per its fees page, add-ons include $100 per additional investor and $1,000 per off-platform LP, distributions start at $5,000, and Allocations takes 0% platform carry.
Carta: fund administration for venture firms
Carta offers fund administration for venture firms, including investment dashboards across funds, and documents adding non-Carta companies for fund administration clients. It suits firms that also want Carta's equity management products. Paid plan prices are not listed on its public pages.
For LPs and angels tracking their holdings
AngelList's dashboard shows positions held through AngelList vehicles, and its help center does not describe adding investments made elsewhere (AngelList LP help). If you also hold Sydecar or Allocations SPVs, direct SAFEs or fund commitments, you need a tracker that sits above all of them.
Seraf: an angel-specific tracker
Seraf is web-based portfolio software for angels, angel groups, funds and family offices. Per Seraf's individual pricing, Advanced is $600/year ($60/month billed monthly) and Professional is $800/year ($80/month), which adds fund investments, equity valuation modeling and entity accounts, after a 30-day trial. It reports exit multiple, cumulative IRR and potential IRR (Seraf returns analytics), sends reminders for warrant expirations and note maturities, and offers paid hourly data entry. Native mobile apps are not listed.
Raziel: one portfolio across every platform
Raziel's portfolio dashboard holds SPVs and fund commitments from any administrator next to direct SAFEs and priced rounds, grouped by the LLC, trust or personal account that owns them. MOIC, IRR, TVPI and DPI come from the cash flows you record, and recording a new round re-marks every position in that company. You can forward K-1s, capital call notices and statements for AI document import, and use native iOS and Android apps.
Where Raziel fits
Raziel is a tracker, not a platform for doing deals. It does not form SPVs, raise money, offer investments, prepare K-1s or act as a fund administrator. It has no AngelList integration, so you add positions in a few fields, import a spreadsheet or forward documents. AngelList, Sydecar and Allocations fill in their own vehicles automatically with no data entry, and returns there are calculated by the administrator. Raziel's SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 work is in progress, not certified. Real estate, crypto and public equity tracking are coming soon.
The common setup: keep investing and receiving K-1s on AngelList, Sydecar or Allocations, and use Raziel to see your whole private portfolio in one place. Per our pricing page, the Investor plan is $49/month through 30 companies after a 14-day free trial, and $199/month above 30 companies. Seraf's flat annual price costs less once a portfolio passes 30 companies.

FAQ
What is the cheapest AngelList alternative for an SPV?
Among published prices, Sydecar's SPV fee starts at $4,500 (the $2,500 minimum plus the $2,000 regulatory fee). Allocations' Standard SPV is $9,950. AngelList's SPV pricing goes through sales.
Can I track AngelList investments with my other deals?
Yes, in Raziel or Seraf. Raziel does not connect to AngelList automatically, so add each position or import a spreadsheet, and forward K-1s and statements for AI import.
Does Raziel replace AngelList?
Not for forming or running vehicles. Raziel tracks what you own and complements AngelList, Sydecar or Allocations.
